The XV UITRS Assembly and the Conference “Together for Better Nutrition and a Better Future” were held

On November 27, 2025, in the  hotel "Laktaši" in Laktaši, the 15th regular annual Assembly of the Association and a gala dinner were held, where about sixty of our members gathered, who in a pleasant atmosphere reviewed the activities of our Association for the past year, adopted the annual report on work and finances and proposed plans for the next year.

The next day, the Conference "Together for better (and) food and a better future" was held at the "Coutyard by Merriott" hotel in cooperation with the "Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations - FAO", which was attended by a large number of experts in the fields of food technology, food safety, standardization, laboratory analysis, agriculture, veterinary medicine and other related branches, and with panel discussions, they exchanged opinions, information and experiences about the current state and challenges in the sector. The discussion was conducted through two panel sessions: 
• Perspectives of the development of the food industry
• Local food as a means of positive identification
We are very satisfied with the response of our colleagues this year both at the Assembly and at the Conference, and we hereby thank everyone who attended the event and passively or actively contributed to the improvement and development of our Association.
